Girl Scouts # 49

The girls in Girl Scout Troup # 49 are learning to help save their environment and are setting up a program to educate Daises and Brownies. They recycle and reuse in many ways: like, shred all junk mail to start camp fires, and wrap old candles in wax paper (called candle kisses) to start the camp fire. They also are using film canisters to make first aid kits. They just made bird feeders from 2 Liter pop bottles for the Girl Scout office and are planning to make bird houses from the remaining bottles left. They are shown below as the learned how to build bird feeders. From left-to-right the girls in the picture are:
